Things of Late

So, it's about time to post again.

Things have been really good here in Iowa. Reid is loving school, which makes me happy. I am glad he is enjoying what he wants to do. Most of the school year has been spent by me being tired and sick. No pregnancy is official without a picture of the baby no matter how big my tummy gets! So to fulfill that need (and post)....

There is a thief among us

So the other weekend, I was in Iowa City with my sister Jayne, and we went shopping with Abigail. (I gave Reid the day off... I mean let him study all day). We were in Rue21 etc. and I didn't bring the stroller with me so both of us were running around the store chasing after Abigail. I showed her all the wallets towards the front of the store and that kept her interest... for like 30 seconds. The next thing I know, she has grabbed like 5 wallets and books it into the mall. The alarm sounds and I am running after her! The look on the sales person when we came back into the store was utter relief that it was only a little kid and not something she really had to deal with. Lucky for me, I have to watch out every time now that I go in the stores. I hope this doesn't turn into a habit!

Summer Recap

The things we have done this summer till now:

1. Moved to Iowa
2. Went to the Family reunion in Georgia
3. Helped Sarah with her salon in Alabama
4. Reid started school
5. Went to the Iowa State Fair
6. Went to Minnesota
7. Partook in the downtown farmers market
8. Celebrated Abigail's 2nd Birthday and grandpa's
9. Played in the leaves with friends and rolled down hills
10. Saw animals at an apple orchard and played in corn
11. Abigail peed on the toilet for the first time!
12. Spent the weekend and Aunty Jayne's so mom and dad could visit Nauvoo
13. Went Trick-or-Treating

Trip to Minnesota

At the end of August Abigail and I left Reid for a week to spend some time at home with my parents and sister and her family. It was a really nice week. I know I have a lot of these pictures on Facebook, but here you get to enjoy a nice blog of pictures!
